Conditions for Return

• Items must be returned within 24H of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging.

Exchange & Store Credit

• You can exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability).
• If the item you want is unavailable, you’ll receive a store credit valid for 2 months.

How to Request a Return

1. DM us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you the return instructions and shipping address.
3. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we’ll issue your

exchange or store credit.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
• IMAAN is not responsible for lost or damaged returns — we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
